Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Technician to join our team at Alpha Lion a leading fitness supplement brand. As a Help Desk Technician you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our team members have the technology tools and support they need to excel in their roles.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to our employees in person over the phone or via email.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems to the IT team.
  • Install configure and maintain computer systems and software.
  • Set up new user accounts and profiles and assist with password resets.
  • Ensure all technology equipment is up-to-date and functioning properly.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve technology processes and procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Knowledge of remote desktop applications.
  • Certifications in ITIL or CompTIA would be a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $50000 annually.
  • Maximum Salary: $60000 annually.
  • Currency: USD.
