TheSeniorDisplay Producerisseasoned leadresponsible formanagingcomplex productionprojectsacross multiple services including print digital retouching mechanicals and can lead projects and team members acrossa variety oftalentto ensure projectsare delivered on time on budgetare ushered through internal workflow toolsand meet clientand creativerequirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee multiple projects from theinitialbriefing to the final wrap.
- Train and guide mid and junior level Producers in best ways of working and display capabilities
- Establishandmaintaineffectivetrustingand collaborative working relationships with clients 3rd party partners and internalagency producerdepartments.
- Manage client and agency relationships ensuringrevenyeacross projects is tracked and audited.
- Create estimatesschedulesand manage projects from beginning to end to make sure they are on timeinbudgetand meet project scoping requirements.
- Serve asprimarycommunicator with creative account and project managers on upcoming and active project statuses.
- Work with the Executive Producer toidentifygrowth opportunities client revenueforecastingand trackingburnon projects.
- Collaborate withExecutive Producersin other North Americanoffices for shared support production knowledge and best practices.
- Manageday-to-day escalations and troubleshoot production challenges.
- Collaborate with studio resourcing leadership to ensure projects are appropriately tasked with the right talent and schedules.
A TypicalDay-to-day:
- Work independentlyon projectsor with a team of producers under theseniorwhile checking inwiththe ExecutiveProducerso they can reviewand approvekey milestones of yourprojectlifecycle.
- Estimate new projects make updates fill out the proper bidding formatting informing finance on project status tobeginand wrap up billing.
- Work with Studio team to build scheduleadhereAgency/Client & Studioteams arefollowing the how to adapt to makeuplost time and be efficient and proactive.
- Be a partner for the Agency Producerto supportand escalate project challenges and requirements.
- Keepsproject artistteam up to dateorganizeall filescommunicateonbehalf of theStudioteamfeasibility/roadblocks/needs/availability.
*This role is based in the Chicago office 3 days per week and 2 days remote.
US Pay Range
$85000 - $100000 USD
