Job Summary
Barista
As a Barista youll create a welcoming experience by preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with speed and precision. Youll engage with guests maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure every order meets brand and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great service with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be the bright start to our guests mornings serving up delicious coffee and espresso drinks with a smile.
- Your daily tasks will include operating coffee and espresso machines maintaining a clean and organized workspace and providing exceptional customer service.
- You will report to the Beverage Manager or Bistro Supervisor.
- A career as a barista can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry such as bartender beverage manager or even food and beverage management positions.
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have
- No educational minimum is required
- Previous experience in a similar or related position
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
- A warm professional demeanor that reflects HVMGs Culture of Excellence
