About the Role
Were seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our this role youll ensure high-quality service during meals maintain a clean and safe dining environment and support a team that creates a pleasant and engaging atmosphere. Youll interact directly with residents families and coworkers helping to foster a welcoming and positive community. AM shift 3 days 8am - 10:30am
What Youll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure residents dining preferences and dietary needs are met
- Circulate in the dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas including tables chairs linens and equipment
- Follow safe work practices and support team compliance with Safety Committee standards
- Assist coworkers beyond assigned duties to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment
- Report any elder maltreatment or abuse in accordance with policy
- Perform other duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service preferred
- Current ServSafe Certification required
- Ability to obtain/hold any local state or county food handling/sanitation licenses as required
- Must be 18 years or older pass health screenings TB clearance fingerprinting and background checks
- First Aid certification required
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Pleasant professional and personable demeanor
- Ability to work independently problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
