MAINDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions within theorganization through various sourcing channels such as job boards socialmedia employee referrals and professional networks
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including reviewingapplications conducting initial screenings coordinating interviews andmaking job offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements idealcandidate profiles and the companys hiring needs
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensurea steady flow of talent for current and future openings
- Conduct indepth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidatesqualifications skills and cultural fit
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout therecruitment process including resume review interview preparation andcandidate feedback
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timelycommunication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all recruitment activitiesincluding applicant tracking job postings and hiring metrics
- Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment data to identify trendsoptimize sourcing strategies and improve the overall efficiency of therecruitment process
- Recommend and implement innovative recruiting techniques tools andbest practices to enhance the companys employer brand and attract top talent
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employeeonboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends employment legislationand best practices in recruitment and talent management
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the HR departmentsstrategic goals and objectives
SKILLS &EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or arelated field
- Certification in human resources such as SHRMCP or HRCICP ispreferred
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal
- Females only
- Saudi nationality
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisitionrole preferably in a similar industry or environment
- Demonstrated track record of successfully filling a diverse range ofpositions from entrylevel to managerial roles
- Familiarity with various recruitment strategies techniques and toolsincluding applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proficient in the use of data analysis and reporting to optimizerecruitment processes and measure performance
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidatesand build effective relationships
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities to navigatecomplex recruitment challenges
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs andhiring priorities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records anddata
