Power Platform Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer with over 5 years of overall software development experience including at least 3 years working hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on designing building and supporting business solutions using Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI delivering scalable and efficient applications aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design build and deploy customized solutions using Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud Flows) Power BI and Dataverse.

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Develop enhance and maintain Power Apps applications to support business processes.

• Create manage and optimize workflows and automation using Power Automate.

• Design and deliver insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft tools and third-party systems.

• Provide ongoing technical support troubleshooting and performance optimization.

• Ensure adherence to development best practices through code reviews and documentation.

• Maintain technical documentation configurations and user guides.

• Stay current with new Microsoft Power Platform features updates and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related discipline.

• 6 years of overall professional experience in software development or related roles.

• Minimum 3 years of strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows Power BI Dataverse).

• Proven experience developing both Canvas and Model-Driven apps using Power Apps.

• Solid experience creating and managing workflows and automation in Power Automate.

• Strong understanding of data modeling reporting and visualization using Power BI.

• Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform integrations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100 PL-200 PL-400 or similar).

• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as C# JavaScript or Python.

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
