Job Overview
The Lead Python Developer LLM Agents for Network Assurance is the principal technicalleader responsible for architecting guiding and delivering AI-driven agent solutions that
enhance network reliability operational workflows and diagnostics for Internet ServiceProviders (ISPs).
This role combines deep Python expertise strong system design skills and advanced understanding of LLM technologies to drive the development of scalable and production-ready
agent solutions. As the technical lead you will own architectural decisions mentor teammembers coordinate development efforts and ensure high-quality implementation across the
entire agent stack.
The ideal candidate excels in driving innovation ensuring engineering quality collaboratingacross domains and converting complex network challenges into intelligent automatedsystems.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Define the architectural vision for Python-based LLM agents and supporting backend systems.
- Lead end-to-end design of agent frameworks orchestration layers and operationalintegration points.
- Establish best practices in code quality testing observability and reliability across the team.
- Provide technical guidance conducting reviews and ensuring the consistency of engineering standards.
AI Agent Development & Advanced Integration
- Architect develop and optimize LLM-powered agents for troubleshooting fault detectionand workflow automation.
- Lead complex integrations with monitoring systems telemetry pipelines dashboards andoperational tools.
- Define strategies for prompt engineering fine-tuning model evaluation and multi-agentcoordination.
- Ensure agent solutions meet production-grade performance reliability and scalabilityrequirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Solution Ownership
- Work closely with network engineers product teams and operations groups to identify automation opportunities.
- Translate business and operational needs into technical designs and implementation roadmaps.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of agent capabilities.
- Participate in company-wide architectural discussions related to AI backend systems and network assurance.
Mentorship & Team Development
- Mentor senior and junior developers supporting their growth in Python engineering LLM concepts and system design.
- Support team planning technical decision-making and onboarding of new team members.
- Promote a culture of learning innovation and engineering excellence.
Documentation & Strategy
- Document system architectures model behavior and deployment practices.
- Contribute to AI strategy technology selection and roadmap planning.
- Ensure solutions are reproducible maintainable and ready for scaling.

Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelorʼs or Masterʼs degree in Computer Science AI/ML Engineering Networking orrelated fields.
- Extensive experience in backend software development with Python.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams or major technical initiatives.
- Practical experience with LLMs fine-tuning or AI-driven application development
- Expert-level proficiency in Python (system design backend services AI/ML workflows).
- Strong understanding of modern LLM frameworks (OpenAI Anthropic Google HuggingFace etc.).
- Deep experience with API development microservices and platform integrations.
- Proven experience architecting and shipping production systems at scale.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD automated testing monitoring and observability practices.
- Ability to design reliable systems that interact with telemetry logging and monitoring tools.
