Legal Secretary Property
Elevate Partners is partnering with a well-established Irish law firm to appoint a Legal Secretary into its Property division. This opportunity is open to candidates with a minimum of one years experience in a property-related legal environment including residential commercial or mixed practice backgrounds.
This role offers flexibility on level with salary dependent on experience and would suit a Legal Secretary looking to continue developing their career within a supportive and busy property team.
The Role
As Legal Secretary within the Property team you will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support across a broad range of property matters. You will work closely with solicitors and colleagues to ensure files are managed efficiently and client service standards remain high.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening maintaining and closing files using the firms document management system
- Managing correspondence documentation scanning filing and archiving
- Audio typing of legal documents and correspondence from digital dictation
- Preparing amending and formatting legal documents
- Scheduling deeds and managing related documentation
- Liaising with clients and third parties in a professional manner
- Diary management and coordination of meetings
- General administrative support and ad hoc duties as required
About You
- Minimum 1 years experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Administrator within a Property team
- Background in residential commercial or mixed property matters
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent typing and IT skills
- Familiarity with the PRA website
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High levels of discretion and professionalism
- Experience with legal case management systems (training provided where required)
