Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (OLC Module)
Location: Maryville TN (Onsite 3days/week)
Duration: 6 months contract
Required Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience.
- Deep OLC Knowledge: Expert in Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud functionality ability to guide solutioning team and act a bridge between stakeholders and OLC team.
- Oracle HCM Fusion knowledge: Prior experience working in Oracle Fusion HCM solutioning.
- Implementation Lifecycle: Proven experience leading full OLC implementations from start to finish.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent client-facing communication (verbal/written) to build trust set expectations and articulate product details to non-technical US stakeholders.
- Project Leadership: Proactive issue identification risk mitigation and clear status reporting.
- Cross-Cultural Coordination: Proven success in bridging gaps and coordinating seamlessly between US stakeholders and offshore (India) team.
- Change Management: Ability to understand the process steps leading to successful go-live and prior experience in mitigating resistance from stakeholders through collaboration.
