Job Summary
Summary: As a Business Architect you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state capturing high-level requirements and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align on project goals.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of business architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud migration strategies and frameworks.- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and methodologies.- Experience in developing business cases and project proposals.- Ability to analyze and document business processes and workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
