The Data Analyst III is responsible for designing developing and automating data extraction and analysis processes. This role involves working with multiple data sources applying statistical methodologies and delivering advanced analytics and visual insights to support business and people-related decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scripts for existing and new data sources.

Identify external data sources and create automated data extraction scripts.

Automate data pipelines and reporting processes.

Perform data gathering querying analysis and visualization.

Develop and apply statistical metrics with analytical rigor across projects.

Utilize SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.

Apply critical and statistical thinking to solve complex analytical problems.

Create clear meaningful visualizations and reports for stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience

3 years of experience in an analytical role producing statistical reports preferably with HR or people-related data.

Strong experience with statistical analysis methodologies including regression and classification.

Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with AWS is a plus.

Strong understanding of data visualization principles including when to use (and not use) specific charts.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Solid understanding of database structures and querying languages.

Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
