Job Summary

AWS Application / Platform Engineer

Location:Berkeley heights NJ

Role Focus

Application-level telemetry AWS instrumentation and event generation to eliminate observability blind spots.

What this role is accountable for

Ensure AWS and application stacks emit high-quality metrics logs and events
Enable visibility into backlogs settlement flows and transaction health
Support observability platforms with clean correlated signals

Core Skill Emphasis

Strong AWS development experience: often featuring Amazon EC2/Fargate/Lambda (compute) RDS/DynamoDB (database) VPC (networking) S3 (storage) API Gateway (APIs) CloudFront(CDN) IAM (security) and deployment tools like CodePipeline/CDK/CloudFormation to build scalable manageable applications using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for provisioning
JVM-based application support (Java / Spring) (Nice to have)
CI/CD deployment telemetry (Git Jenkins GitHub Actions) (Nice to have)
Payments / BFSI systems (Nice to have)
