Your Tasks

The Key Account Manager Pure Players Pharmacy will be responsible for the E-commerce Net Sales of Eucerin & Hansaplast in Belgium for several key pure players (i.e. Newpharma and Farmaline) as well as support & steer Omnichannel customers. Deliver and monitor NS GM% VMS% of our E-commerce business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Customer strategy

  • Has a clear understanding of customer needs and requirements. Expands the relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet the customers objectives in line with regional and local sales strategy.

Business Planning Budget and Reporting

  • Develops and executes an annual medium- and long-term E-sales plan that ensures the delivery of brand category and customer objectives (Net Sales Market Share Gross Margin etc.).
  • Develops customer marketing plan ensuring efficient and excellent online execution at the retailer.
  • Monitors and evaluates variance to plan and proposes counter measures ensuring their effective implementation.
  • Seeks for opportunities to grow in a market with fast-paced changing dynamics.
  • End-to-end responsible incl. operational tasks (i.e promo offers invoicing etc.)

Pricing & promotions:

  • Implements the agreed list price to ensure delivery of profit targets in consultation with Finance and in line with agreed mandates.
  • Prepares and implements in agreement with the Shopper & Customer and E-Strategy Manager the customer promotional plan ensuring alignment with the objectives of the sales plan

Online visibility

  • Drives in close collaboration with the Performance Marketeer and Digital Shelf & Content Manager the online visibility on-site & off-site and maximizes the traffic to and conversion of Beiersdorf products to the consumer.

Customer Relationships

  • Develops broad based strategic business relationships across the customers to ensure an integrated B2B relationship.
  • Develops and executes action plans to meet our targets.

Your Profile

What it takes to join us

  • Relevant degree ideally with a commercial focus
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience (commercial roles e-com sales)
  • Excellent communication skills in French & English dutch is a strong plus.
  • Strong aptitude in building relationships on all organizational levels
  • Commercial & strategic mindset with customer focus
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Winning & can-do mentality results driven
  • Strong cross functional collaboration in matrix structures
