Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $80000 for Account Managers; $80000 - $110000 for Senior Account Managers (commensurate with experience).
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) plan.
- Work Schedule: Flexible work arrangement with optional remote work on Mondays and -office presence required Tuesday through Thursday.
- Travel: Occasional travel to visit local clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of client accounts across various industries and sizes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Handle both new and renewal business quotes providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support to clients.
- Conduct client meetings including on-site visits as needed to understand their requirements and provide strategic advice.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date insights and recommendations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience independently managing a book of business in a client-facing role.
- Proven ability to handle accounts of varying sizes and industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and alignment with company culture and values.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients as needed.
- Preferred candidates will have experience in mid-to-large independent firms or smaller shops.
