Now Hiring: Part-Time Cashier
Lake Placid Conference & Olympic Center Lake Placid NY
Located in the heart of beautiful Lake Placid home of the 1932 and 1980 Winter Olympic Games this historic venue hosts ECAC Mens Hockey Tournaments youth hockey events and a wide variety of catering and special events throughout the year. If you enjoy a lively atmosphere and working with people youll love it here!
What Youll Do:
As a Cashier youll be one of the first faces our guests see - helping set the tone for a positive welcoming experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with a friendly professional attitude
- Providing excellent customer service and answering guest questions
- Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions accurately
- Processing payments returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Supporting smooth operations in a fast-paced event environment
What Were Looking For:
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling cash
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required
