Job Description:
As a Founding Engineer you will lead the development of AI-native products designed to modernize the public sector. Working directly with founders you will shape the architecture and technology stack from the ground up moving from 0 to 1. This high-ownership role involves building scalable multi-tenant SaaS systems and advanced conversational AI tools.

Location: Munich Germany or Remote

What you will do:

• Design and operate production-grade AI systems including RAG agents and conversational voice interfaces

• Develop scalable backend architectures for a multi-tenant SaaS platform using Python TypeScript and Azure

• Own features end-to-end from initial technical decision-making to deployment and customer implementation

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of building production software in a startup or scale-up environment

• Strong architectural thinking with the ability to work pragmatically across the full stack

• Native or C1-level German language skills as the platform serves the German-speaking public sector
