Job Summary
Overview
Element has an opportunity for a Technician to join our a member of the operations team the Technician position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision.
This role is based in Ang Mo Kio Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Perform Calibration and Measurement of Dimension gauges and instruments as per WI using CMM reference master tester etc (on-site and in-house) with report and necessary administrative work
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment as schedule and assigned
- Ensure proper delivery of service to customer(s)
- Help manager to manage day-to-day calibration work in the labs reference to ISO17025 standard eg. Quality/ Job Planning/ Job Assignment/ Customer Requirements etc
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager/ Section Head/ Senior staff
Skills / Qualifications
- Diploma/ Degree in Aerospace/ Precision or Mechanical Engineering
- 3 years or more experience in Calibration and Measurement of Dimension is preferred
- Working knowledge of laboratory safety
- Possesses a demonstrated ability to apply academic knowledge within the context of Elements business
- Can analyze and compiles testing data from the tests performed
- Possess strong computer skills
