What youll do:
- Point of contact for Preschool programming from ages 2-3 or 4-5 at the Rockwall Campus
- Shepherd families staff and volunteers
- Build strong volunteer teams
- Provide pastoral care and support to children their families and ministry volunteers
- Recruit and communicate weekly with volunteers
- Oversee the implementation of safety policies and procedures to ensure that all children are provided with a safe and secure environment
- Participate& leadin campus-wide initiatives
- Participate& leadin LP Kids events throughout the year
Skills & Experience youve had:
- 1 years of experience in childrens ministry as a volunteer or staff member preferred
- Knowledge of child development and an understanding of child safety policies and procedures preferred
- Previous recruiting experience preferred
