What youll do:

Point of contact for Preschool programming from ages 2-3 or 4-5 at the Rockwall Campus
Shepherd families staff and volunteers
Build strong volunteer teams
Provide pastoral care and support to children their families and ministry volunteers
Recruit and communicate weekly with volunteers
Oversee the implementation of safety policies and procedures to ensure that all children are provided with a safe and secure environment
Participate& leadin campus-wide initiatives
Participate& leadin LP Kids events throughout the year

Skills & Experience youve had:

1 years of experience in childrens ministry as a volunteer or staff member preferred
Knowledge of child development and an understanding of child safety policies and procedures preferred
Previous recruiting experience preferred
