What Will You Do
-Coordinate engineering manufacturing and procurement depts. to deliver the project to customer based on a defined scope within time and budget.
- Monitor project progress and set deadlines including milestones invoices major material procurement taking into consideration lead times shared resources and commercial priorities.
- Manage the entire project life cycle:
- Project Planning:
- Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets.
- Execution & Monitoring:
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate risks.
- Stakeholder Management:
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for project-related issues.
- Resource Management:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Reporting:
Prepare progress reports proposals and presentations.
Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Coordinate and prepare technical cost proposals.
Compile design submittals and O&M manuals and ensure all documentation is up to date and according to scope defined in kick off meeting.
This is a Hybrid position 4 days onsite one day working from home.
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require
- Sitting for long periods of time working on a computer /talking over the phone
Ability to go to customer worksite if need be.
Standing for long periods of time
Your Experience Should Be...
- Bachelors degree in business/engineering preferred.
5 years of project management experience
Working knowledge of packaged portable industrial or groundwater treatment systems and processes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills for interfacing with customers engineering sales etc.
Practical experience with variety of water treatment system design and operation a plus.
