Job Summary
At Sharks Restaurant & Billiards we combine great food drinks and nonstop entertainment under one roof. Since 2006 weve been Shawnees go-to destination with 14000 sq. ft. of billiards darts arcade games golf simulators and more. Were a locally owned business where energy teamwork and hospitality come first.
Were looking for a Utility Team Member to support our back-of-house operations. This versatile role is essential to keeping the kitchen organized clean and efficienthelping the team deliver the food and service that makes Sharks stand out.
What Youll Do
Assist with dishwashing cleaning and general kitchen upkeep.
Perform basic food prep and stocking as directed by cooks or managers.
Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas like the kitchen storage and prep stations.
Handle trash recycling and deliveries to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Step in to support wherever neededthis role keeps the team moving.
What Were Looking For
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience a plus but not required.
Reliable hardworking and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
Able to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work nights weekends and holidays.
