As a Medical Laboratory Technician in this role you will:
- Perform and supervise high-quality routine and specialty laboratory tests across hematology chemistry microbiology and special stain workflows ensuring timely accurate results. Youll validate instrument outputs troubleshoot analyzer flags and apply quality control procedures to maintain peak performance.
- Prepare specimens operate and maintain a range of automated analyzers and manual techniques and ensure proper specimen handling labeling and documentation in compliance with CLIA CAP and internal standards.
