Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic host to join our team for our holiday pop-up Sleigh Shed! This is a seasonal position and perfect for someone who loves the festive season and enjoys working in a fast-paced fun environment. As the first point of contact for our guests you will play a key role in creating an amazing holiday experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warm and friendly attitude
- Manage waitlist using our system
- Oversee table times while quoting new parties for waitlist
- Escort guests to their tables while maintaining steady flow of seating
- Answer phone and provide information about the restaurant hours and menu
- Ensure each guest has a memorable experience from the moment they walk in
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or host experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Team player
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
This job is seasonal and will end on 12/31/2025
