What youll do...
The Program Manager Dealer Training & Productivity (Ford and Lincoln Product) will have the primary responsibility of helping us build our on-Demand digital programs for the Dealer Training and Productivity department by engaging with business owners and SMEs to shape impactful learning experiences for dealership employees. This candidate will be dedicated to developing content on Ford and Lincoln vehicles for Ford and Lincoln dealers. They will help us reimagine how people learn about our vehicles products and services. The candidate should be a creative outside the box thinker undaunted by subject matter audience or delivery method. They should not be afraid to think big. They should be a maker who can build relationships with business owners as well as guide and coach their team to deliver impactful learning experiences from concept to prototype and into production.
This individual should be equipped with an always expanding creative toolkit constantly innovating and looking for the next best way to deliver the training experience. They should enjoy managing people and helping them grow into the best version of themselves to meet the vision of tomorrow. Theyll bring creative solutions that match wits within the rapidly changing automotive industry.
The position is hybrid (4 days in office) based in SE Michigan.
Youll have...
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
2 years in people management experience ideally in training and enablement discipline
5 years experience in building and managing training and enablement programs including all aspects of the content creation progress from collaboration with business owners to scoping to building to deploying
5 years experience in business partner relationship management
