We are now looking to speak to a talented Architect to join the Glasgow studio. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in the delivery of exceptional residential projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

Lead and coordinate the delivery of residential projects ensuring quality and design intent are maintained throughout
Manage project programmes budgets and resources effectively
Produce and oversee detailed architectural drawings specifications and technical documentation
Act as a key point of contact for clients contractors and consultants ensuring smooth communication and successful outcomes
Conduct site visits and inspections addressing technical challenges and ensuring compliance with building standards
Contribute to the studios ethos of sustainable innovative design

Requirements for this Architect role:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
ARB registration (or working towards with relevant professional experience)
Proven experience managing architectural projects ideally within the residential sector
Strong knowledge of RIBA Stages 07 and project delivery processes
Proficiency in Revit(or similar design software)
Excellent project management communication and client-facing skills
Ability to balance creativity with practical problem-solving
