Job Summary

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Field Executive to promote and sell air conditioners in assigned areas. The role involves visiting specific locations interacting with customers generating leads and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned areas daily (commercial and retail locations)

  • Generate leads for air conditioner sales through field activities

  • Collect customer details and requirements and share with the sales team

  • Coordinate with internal sales team for follow-ups and closures

  • Conduct door-to-door visits site visits and local promotional activities

  • Maintain daily activity and lead reports

  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers and dealers




Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

  • Good communication and convincing skills

  • Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned area

  • Ability to work independently
