Job Summary

Summary:

As a BI Engineer you will engage in the development migration deployment and maintenance of data-driven insights and knowledge engine interfaces. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the effective integration of security and data privacy protection ultimately driving adoption and informed decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing data requirements and translating them into actionable insights that support strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of data-driven solutions to ensure they meet business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) Microsoft SQL Server.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.

- Familiarity with data visualization best practices to communicate findings effectively.

- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleansing and transformation.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
