Job Summary

Up to $102/Hour Super
12-month contract

Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Test Analyst to join their team.

The Test Analyst is expected to perform test analyst activities. They will be primarily responsible for quality assuring software delivered to projects by supplying vendors and internal development teams. The Test Analyst will be quality-assuring multiple systems and will work with Digital Data and Technology Solutions group software vendors and business teams. This position requires a strong background in the testing of digital services to both back-office staff and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Test Strategies and associated Test Plans
Prepare test data and execute test cases
Provide test progress reports as directed
Work across multiple projects and business-as-usual activities simultaneously (a matrix environment)
Support business owners in User Acceptance Testing

Selection Criteria:

Extensive experience in a wide range of testing activities;
A strong and recent background in testing digital services;
Highly effective communicator with both business and ICT personnel;
Recent experience in testing business solutions delivered in any of the following would be highly regarded:

a. OutSystems (or other low/no-code) Platform-as-a-Service
b. Agile software delivery methodologies
c. Restful Application Programming Interfaces
d. TOSCA (or other) Automated testing technologies
e. MS Dev/Ops

On offer is a 12-month contract at a highly sought after ACT Government Organisation with a highly competitive hourly rate.
