Key Responsibilities
- Develop and modify PLC and HMI programs to support automated equipment and process improvements.
- Integrate motion control servo systems and related automation hardware into manufacturing applications.
- Support SCADA functionality data integration and system monitoring.
- Create and update electrical schematics and control documentation using AutoCAD.
- Assist with troubleshooting commissioning and optimization of controls and vision-based systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in controls engineering or industrial automation environments.
- Hands-on background with PLC and HMI programming for manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with servo motion control drives or motion integration.
- Understanding of SCADA concepts and system networking at the controls level.
- Ability to design or interpret control schematics and panel layouts in AutoCAD.
- Exposure to machine vision systems or automated inspection tools is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and comfort working hands-on with equipment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical teams.
