About the Role

For BHP Chile we are looking for Principal Democratised AI who will lead the democratization of self-service AI tools across BHP by:

Driving AI maturity and value-focused adoption.
Delivering education and skills development for AI tools.
Facilitating cross-business knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Capturing business value from self-service AI use cases.
Acting as a feedback loop to the AI CoE for continuous improvement.
Coordinating localized AI Industry Hub partnerships for AI-driven problem solving and targeted use-case delivery.


Key Accountabilities

  • Co-create plans to manage the human aspects of AI digital transformation highlighting success stories and productivity benefits.
  • Develop strategies to foster a culture of continuous learning innovation and AI adoption.
  • Design organizational processes aligned with AI transformation goals.
  • Develop and deploy AI Literacy and business AI adoption training materials.


Location & Department

Santiago Department: Digital AI Automation & Data Centre of Excellence.

About You

  • Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Psychology Organizational Psychology or related field.
  • Experience: Transformation programs and mindset change ideally in Digital or Resource sectors.
  • Skills: Autonomy collaboration negotiation and relationship-building.
