Role and Responsibilities

Technical support to HVAC OEM customers during qualification and reliability activities
Assist OEM customers in identifying and qualifying compressor opportunities
Assist as needed in developing the customer business case for new concept solutions
Perform detailed engineering analysis to quantify cost savings or other customer benefits
Develop submittals/presentations including drawings test results and project milestone
Utilizes specialized functional expertise as a sales engineer and individual project team leader with high degree of technical competence
Always seeks for compressor application opportunities with OEM partners
Provides daily interactions with Samsung sales quality R&D and designated OEM partners
Communication channels between Korea HQ and customers during sales activities
Build new and maintain B2B relations by creating new business opportunities
Participate in trade show and exhibitions in connection with compressor business

Skills and Qualifications

Background & Competencies Required:

Bachelors degrees in engineering
Good written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable working in customer-facing situations
Dynamic personality with great leadership management sales and communication skills
Possess strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage tasks associated with development projects
Fully competent in analysis and assessment of mechanical and electronics compressor systems
Strong understanding of project specifications and blueprints
Effectively leader in team settings
Ability to travel approx. 30% domestic (OEM manufacturing and R&D sites)
Bilingual in Korean and English (preferred)
