Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for CNAs - Certified Nursing Assistants and PCAs - Personal Care Assistants to care for our clients. We have opened a new office to cover the Richmond area and need compassionate caregivers to join our team. As a member you will be valued respected and heard.

BAYADA offers CNAs:
- Base Pay: $17 - $18 / hour depending on qualifications
- Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADAs group medical prescription drug dental and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
- Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for CNA/PCA:
- Minimum one year work experience
- Certificate of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA training
- Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board
- Current PCA Certificate from approved educational institution
Job Responsibilities for CNA:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature pulse respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry meal preparation bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
