We have an exciting opportunity foran Employee Relations Specialist to work within the Employee Relations team at Wellcome.
Where will I be working
Reporting into the Employee Relations Lead role you will be an integral part of our People teamplayingan active role in helping enable Wellcometobecome the best place to work in support of the delivery of the mission
What will I be doing
As the Employee Relations Specialist you will be responsible for supporting line managers to ensure that all employee relations case work is carried out smoothly efficiently and in compliance with legal standards.

Proven experience in undertaking end to end Employee Relations casework within a medium/ largeorganisation
Strong working knowledge and skilled application of UK employment law in supporting pragmatic and fair management decisions.
Ability to build trust with challenge coach and upskill managers at all levels
Demonstrable clear confident verbal and written communication skills
Experience in supportingorganisationalchange processes
