Position Definition. To supervise the catering function in an operational and non-operational kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the direction and control of all food services including contracted services.
- Ensure the effective and economic delivery of catering provision and supply on operations and within
the unit. - Audit food services crown exercise and CILOR accounts in accordance with current regulation.
- Provide SME advice to CO & QM on all Food Services related matters.
- Carry out the food services element of Logistic Support Inspections.
- Deliver Food Safety training (L2) ARes SP as required.
- In conjunction with the RCMO career management and the management of unit RLC chefs.
- Monitor audit and report on contracted Food Services delivery within the unit.
