Overall purpose of job:

在合规前提下负责负责区域政府事务及市场准入等工作包括但不限于医保优化创新

准入招标管理卫生以及药监事务等相关政府事务工作

Essential duties and responsibilities:

带领团队负责所支持负责区域公司医保卫生药监等准入和政府事务管理工作

o 建立和维护与辖区省包括重点地市政府相关部门协会及学会的专业沟通和

良好的互动可信赖合作关系

o 监测及洞察区域政策环境变化能够前瞻性预判政策趋势快速做出策略性地反

应积极应对或提前布局形成有效的解决方案

o 结合公司产品策略要求进一步优化NRDL落地相关双通道及医保政策

o 发展多元化创新准入模式包括构建创新支付模式和普惠型商业保险准

Requirements & Qualifications:

本科及以上学历医药专业背景优先

具备8年以上医保招标卫生等相关准入管理工作经验以及扎实的专业知识

具有优秀的政策洞察力准入能力业务规划及执行能力

复杂事务的处理能力

良好的团队合作跨部门协调沟通能力

有领导力
