JOB SUMMARY:
Under general guidelines this position is responsible for helping the institution deliver a high-quality workforce-aligned program that meets regional employer demand and equips students with accelerated industry-ready skills. Provides specialized technical expertise and industry insight to support the development launch and ongoing improvement of the program. Responsibilities include aligning curriculum facilities and equipment with real-world industry practices and workforce needs while collaborating with faculty administrators and industry partners to ensure high-quality industry-relevant instruction and training pathways.

QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position requires an ability to sit stand walk bend lift reach up stoop and carry items occasionally in excess of twenty-five (25) pounds. Physical skills required include the ability to lift heavy boxes and materials to move equipment from room to room and to work for extended periods at a computer station. It also requires manual dexterity to operate standard office machines such as copier fax telephone and other equipment as necessary. IRSC expects its employees to follow proper safety standards while employed by the College
