• Performing residential and commercial window cleaning to Shine standards
  
  
• Cleaning interior and exterior windows frames and sills as required
  
  
• Working with ladders poles and hand-cleaning tools safely and efficiently
  
  
• Identifying storm windows screens tracks and special conditions
  
  
• Protecting customer property and interior spaces
  
  
• Maintaining consistent quality across all jobs
  
  
• Communicating clearly with supervisors and customers on-site
  
  
• Keeping job sites clean and professional
  
  
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
  
  

• 1 year of professional window cleaning experience
  
  
• Strong ladder safety and comfort working at heights
  
  
• Experience with hand cleaning tools (squeegees scrubbers detailing)
  
  
• Understanding of residential and commercial window types
  
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and quality
  
  
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  
  
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
  
  
• Valid drivers license (required)
  
  

• Takes pride in clean streak-free results
  
  
• Works efficiently without cutting corners
  
  
• Thinks ahead and avoids preventable issues
