Job Skills / Requirements

Required

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
MUST HAVE VAILD ID AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE (PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD ACCEPTED)
18 years or older
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable transportation to and from work
Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
Able to stand/walk for duration of shift
Must wear steel toe or composite toe safety shoes (Not Provided by employer)

Essential Duties

This position will require the potential employee to work in the elements for the majority of the shift (This may include during inclement weather)
Remove FOD/trash from various parking lots around buildings warehouses etc.
This position will require bending lifting walking and the use of a grabber tool
Must be able to operate a golf cart and utility vehicle
Represent facility in a positive manner able to follow oral instructions pleasant tactful courteous and cooperative with supervisor co-workers customers security and management
Perform other general janitorial duties as needed

This job reports to the Project Manager

This is a Part-Time position2nd Shift.
