Description for Maintenance Technician:

Complete assigned maintenance requests
Perform general maintenance including electrical plumbing carpentry and painting
Diagnose and repair appliances and building systems.
Work indoors and outdoors
Prepare units to be move in ready
Assist with special projects and additional duties.

Details for Maintenance Technician:

Pay:$22-$25
Schedule: M-F
Shift Hours: 8am-5pm

Requirements for Maintenance Technician:

2 years of experience in a position performing facility property or building maintenance.
Basic electrical plumbing carpentry and painting knowledge
Ability to diagnose and repair common household and commercial appliances.
