Job Description:
An Incharge Civil Sites job is tooversee daily construction operations ensuring projects meet plans budgets and timelines by managing workers subcontractors materials and safety protocols while coordinating with engineers resolving issues and ensuring high quality and compliance with codes. They are responsible for overall project execution resource allocation quality control and adherence to safety regulations on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Managing daily activities ensuring work aligns with engineering plans specifications and quality standards.
- Team Coordination: Directing and supervising workers subcontractors and suppliers and resolving conflicts.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations conducting inspections ensuring use of PPE and managing accident protocols.
- Resource Management: Allocating labor materials and equipment efficiently to meet schedules and budgets.
- Quality Control: Monitoring work quality conducting inspections and ensuring adherence to codes and standards.
- Reporting & Communication: Preparing progress reports and communicating effectively with clients engineers and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Addressing on-site issues delays and technical problems promptly.
