Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality veterinary care while modeling professional and ethical standards
Support and guide the clinical team to ensure consistent patient care
Contribute to the development and maintenance of medical protocols
Collaborate with operational leadership to support clinical efficiency
Mentor and support veterinarians and support staff in clinical growth
Balance clinical responsibilities with leadership and oversight duties
Skills Knowledge and Qualifications
DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution or equivalent
Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure in the state of employment
Demonstrated interest in leadership mentorship and clinical excellence
Strong communication organization and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
