Responsibilities
As a Recruiter You will:
- Manage Recruitment Efforts: Facilitate the hiring process from job posting through offer acceptance including sourcing interviewing screening and presenting candidates.
- Build Strong Relationships: Partner with regional leadership hiring managers internal employees and external jobseekers to understand staffing needs and deliver results.
- Leverage Data & Tools: Monitor and track recruiting data in the applicant tracking system (ATS); provide accurate reporting and respond to inquiries with urgency
- Develop Talent Pipelines: Proactively source candidates using advanced search methods digital talent communities referrals and professional networks
- Promote Employer Brand: Utilize social media and external partnerships to market job opportunities and attract diverse talent.
- Ensure Positive Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch consultative recruiting approach with clear communication and professionalism.
- Provide Expert Guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment processes sourcing strategies and ATS best practices
- Uphold Integrity: Consistently demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and confidentiality in all recruitment activities
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2 years of recruiting experience preferably in healthcare private sector or staffing agency experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication relationship-building and consultative skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report recruiting metrics.
- High level of integrity professionalism and discretion
