Responsibilities

As a Recruiter You will:

  • Manage Recruitment Efforts: Facilitate the hiring process from job posting through offer acceptance including sourcing interviewing screening and presenting candidates.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Partner with regional leadership hiring managers internal employees and external jobseekers to understand staffing needs and deliver results.
  • Leverage Data & Tools: Monitor and track recruiting data in the applicant tracking system (ATS); provide accurate reporting and respond to inquiries with urgency
  • Develop Talent Pipelines: Proactively source candidates using advanced search methods digital talent communities referrals and professional networks
  • Promote Employer Brand: Utilize social media and external partnerships to market job opportunities and attract diverse talent.
  • Ensure Positive Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch consultative recruiting approach with clear communication and professionalism.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment processes sourcing strategies and ATS best practices
  • Uphold Integrity: Consistently demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and confidentiality in all recruitment activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 2 years of recruiting experience preferably in healthcare private sector or staffing agency experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication relationship-building and consultative skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report recruiting metrics.
  • High level of integrity professionalism and discretion
