Job Summary
Job Title: Auto Detailer
Job Summary:
The Auto Detailer plays a key role in ensuring vehicles meet the high-quality standards expected by our customers and the dealership
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and detail interior and exterior of vehicles to dealership standards
- Wash wax and buff vehicles using hand tools or powered equipment
- Vacuum interiors shampoo carpets clean windows and remove stains or odors
- Prepare vehicles for showroom display and customer delivery
- Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and request replacements as needed
- Move vehicles around the lot or between service and showroom areas
- Ensure work area is clean organized and adheres to dealership safety guidelines
- Assist service and sales departments with special vehicle preparation requests
Requirements:
- Previous auto detailing experience preferred (especially in a dealership or commercial setting)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with automotive cleaning products and tools
- Experience using buffers extractors and steam cleaners
- Basic understanding of vehicle makes and models
