Job Summary
Have you been working in a dealership office as a Biller and thinking about a new position Ready for a new environment
Location: Castle Volkswagen of Downers Grove
As a Biller you will process and reconcile billing transactions promptly and accurately. Youll process payoff checks for customer vehicles in a timely manner and follow-up with bank this role youll have the opportunity to partner with accounts payable ensuring all invoices are processed on time. If you enjoy staying busy a role where no two days are the same and are motivated to complete tasks promptly come join us at Castle Automotive Group.
We are looking for Automotive Billers Billing Specialists or Billing Clerks with CDK and CVR experience to join our team.
Automotive Biller Qualifications
- At least three years of automotive billing experience is required
- Knowledge of Tekion (preferred)and CVR
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with dealership processes and systems
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment that is constantly changing
- Strong organization & time management skills
- Self-Motivated Team player with attention to detail

Automotive Biller: $23 - $24/hour
Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
