Focus of the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle Retail Inventory Management Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Retail modules and a strong understanding of inventory management principles with the ability to adapt to dynamic business needs and collaborate effectively across teams.

What Youll Do
Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Retail IMS ReIM RPM and ReSA modules.
Manage and maintain Oracle HTTP Server and WebLogic configurations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Work closely with business and IT teams to implement and enhance inventory management solutions.
Analyse inventory data to identify trends discrepancies and opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across inventory systems and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory processes with supply chain and retail operations.
Stay updated on retail industry trends and recommend improvements based on best practices.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have experience with the following:
10 years of hands-on development experience with Oracle Retail.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Retail modules: IMS ReIM RPM and ReSA.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HTTP Server and WebLogic.
Proven experience with Oracle Retail Inventory Management System (IMS) or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles and operational best practices.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; analytical mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
Knowledge of supply chain and retail industry trends is a plus.
