Evergreen Innovation Group part of the DPR Family of Companies is seeking a motivated Journeyman Electricianto join our vibrant team inSurprise AZ. Under general supervision they will install electrical systems services and equipment in accordance with all applicable plans specifications codes and industry standards and as directed by Foreman. They will install and provide for the safe condition and operation of all electrical fixtures and systems. This individual will also adhere to established work timelines to meet the construction schedule for the project. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

Installing maintaining and repairing electrical systems:Youll ensure our projects adhere to all codes standards and specifications contributing to the safety and reliability of our installations.
Blueprint Mastery:Youll deftly read and interpret blueprints schematics and drawings allowing you to bring our projects to life with precision and expertise.
Troubleshooting Prowess:Identifying and diagnosing electrical issues is a key part of your role enabling us to address any challenges that arise swiftly.
Safety First:We prioritize the well-being of our team members. Youll work safely and efficiently with the latest tools materials and equipment ensuring a secure working environment.
Team Collaboration:Effective communication and collaboration with superintendents project managers engineers and fellow tradespeople will be fundamental in delivering successful projects.

Required Skills and Abilities

Ability to read blueprints schematics and written reference material.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.

Ability to use hand and power tools.

Ability to contribute to a culture of safety in a construction environment.

A strong desire to learn and grow a working under the supervision of the Foreman.

A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.

Education and Experience

8 Years of Construction Industry Experience:Your substantial experience as an electrician in construction will be invaluable to our team.
Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation:Youll need these to get to our exciting projects.
OSHA 30 and State licensepreferred but not required.
Knowledge of electrical circuits/wiring and electrical codes.

Physical Requirements

Continual walking standing climbing stooping bending kneeling reaching and heavy lifting and carrying.

Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions.

Exposure to temperatures and varying inside conditions.
