DescriptionAbout The Role
The Landscape Architect Manager is responsible for overseeing and working with outside consultants to develop the budget the design and then the construction of amenities monument signage and landscaping in Perry Homes self-developed communities.
Perry Homes does not have this position in other markets (Dallas Central Texas and Florida) therefore there is a potential opportunity for this person to also contribute to projects in other areas outside of Houston.
What Youll Do
- Select consultants for architecture landscape and amenities.
- Project management
- Will work with Marketing on community theming branding and naming.
- Assist in special projects as needed.
RequirementsWhat Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Lansdcape Arcitecture or related field.
- 4 years of relevant landscape architecture experience.
- Strong ability to communicate and negotiate effectively and professionally with outside professional consultants and contractors both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to effectively work with engineering and planning departments of local municipalities and counties.
- Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions reports correspondence blueprints construction plans plats and development plans.
