Are you a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional looking to make a meaningful impact National Counseling Group (NCG) an ncgCARE partner is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join our team. At National Counseling Group our mission is to deliver compassionate evidence-based care across multiple service this role you will lead critical aspects of client care including crisis intervention case management skill-building and therapeutic interventions. By developing and implementing individualized treatment plans you will help clients build resilience reach their goals and thrive. As a Mental Health Professional you will:

• Case Management & Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely case records per licensing and Medicaid standards ensuring continuity and quality of care.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide direct support during crisis situations helping clients to navigate and stabilize through effective case management.
• Service Planning & Coordination: Coordinate and develop Individualized Service Plans with input from team members and stakeholders to align treatment goals.
• Trauma-Informed Counseling: Deliver person-centered trauma-informed and psycho-educational interventions designed to support treatment objectives.
• Individual & Family Therapy: Facilitate individual family and group counseling sessions utilizing approved credentialing and skill set.
• Collaborative Communication: Maintain regular contact with case professionals such as school personnel social services and juvenile justice representatives ensuring cohesive client care.
• Professional Case Presentations: Provide case updates and presentations in formal settings such as FAPT meetings IEP sessions and court appearances.

Compensation: This position is compensated using a piece rate model where pay is based on the Relative Value Units (RVUs) assigned to each billable service. Each clinical service is assigned a specific RVU value and your total compensation is determined by the number and type of services you deliver.

Estimated Income Ranges:

• QMHP-Trainee: $45000 - $50000
• QMHP: $48500 - $56000
• Licensed-Eligible: $54300 - $60000

The ranges above are estimates based on productivity. Under this compensation model there is unlimited earning potential!

• Education: Bachelors degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with the identified population.
• Licensure/Certification: Current QMHP-T (A/C) QMHP-A QMHP-C or QMHP-A/C certification or provisional/full licensure (e.g. Resident in Counseling Supervisee Associate license).
