About the role
This is a Project Worker role based in our Supported accommodation service in Tredegar Blaenau Gwent. We have a team of Scheme Support officers Lead Project Workers Project Workers and Accommodation Coordinator providing 24/7 Support to our diverse group of customers.
Working in a team you will providesupportto vulnerable individuals and help them to develop the key skills needed to prevent homelessness improve financial capability promoteresettlementinto thecommunityand achieve positive will providehousing-related supporttoequipour customers with the knowledgeskillsand tools that they need to be able to live independent lives.
