Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer (Fullstack) to join our development team. You will play a key role in building and enhancing our internal CRM and workflow management systems working closely with business stakeholders and contributing to architectural decisions across the entire software lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

Active development of our internal custom CRM and workflow management platforms
Contribute to the development improvement and optimization of back-end systems
Participate in all phases of the software development cycle including architectural design
Identify and implement improvements in quality performance and maintainability
Conduct code reviews to ensure high software standards
Clarify and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Project Technology:

Backend: .NET Framework 4.8 .NET Core C# pure SQL (no ORM) Web API ASMX Web Services Redis Kafka

Databases: MS SQL Server Informix MySQL

Frontend: Angular 17 TypeScript

CI/CD & Infrastructure:

Qualifications :

Strong knowledge Framework 4.8 Core
Excellent command of C#
Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL fundamentals
- Experience with MS SQL Server Informix or MySQL is a plus
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Experience with SOAP (ASMX) web services

Additional Experience

Experience in at least one of the following areas will influence assignment to one of our project teams:

Frontend development: Angular TypeScript Bootstrap CSS
Multithreading & Asynchronous programming
Advanced SQL expertise

Soft Skills

English and Polish level B2 or higher
Strong communication skills
Willingness to learn the business domain and collaborate closely with nontechnical stakeholders
