Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Fort Collins Visits team. This office works with adult and senior clients on a per visit basis.
One-year prior clinical experience as a Registered Nurse is required; Home Health experience preferred but not required.
As a home health nurse you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Monitor clients conditions
Follow up with execute and properly document doctors orders
Perform client assessments
Case management and coordination
Accurately document observations interventions and evaluations
Travel to clients in your local area on a schedule that fits your needs
Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse:
A current Colorado nursing license in good standing
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma

- Pay: $55-60 per visit point based on experience
- Mileage reimbursement
